We value open, transparent relationships

with our clients— which is why

many of our clients have been with us for over ten years.

Here’s some information you probably want to know:

How do you price your services?

Pricing is dependent on the complexity of the project. However, for a standard website, we often find that a per-page pricing model is the fairest, most consistent approach. For most websites, this will fall in the range of about $300-$500 per page, depending on the amount of design, custom programming, and content creation needed. Payment can be broken into two or four payments.

Most web developers will not make these numbers available to you before an initial conversation, but we have put a lot of work into knowing how much time it takes to provide a quality site.

That said, every project is unique, and you should have a conversation with us to discuss your project and receive an appropriate estimate. We are most interested in knowing what your business requires.

What is your turnaround time?

We’ve found that 30 days is enough time to produce a website.

SEO turnaround time is typically about 90 days, and does have variables— it’s highly reliant on search engines’ algorithms.

What’s the process?

As our potential client, you might be interested in seeing what our process is like, including sample proposals. The process varies a lot depending on our clients’ specific needs and the services required. However, a typical process might look something like the following:

  1. We Meet – Either in person, or via video conference, to discuss the needs of your business, and so we mutually can see if we work well together.
  2. Written Proposal – We deliver you a proposal, and we discuss it.

  3. You approve the proposal, and make a deposit.
  4. We provide you with a mock-up. You approve it.
  5. We develop the site.
  6. We review the site together, and you approve it.
  7. Launch.
